They are mostly expected to be expert in analysis, self-motivated, with strict discipline and strategy in dealing with issues and in complying with the different job requirements as well as in tracking facts and files. Although, the management jobs are the most widespread employment as of today; the companies that are offering employments seek those individuals who have adequate knowledge and skills as well as experienced in the managerial business and job functions. Of course there are a lot of other employment positions where a newly graduate can apply for, like a management assistant and management trainee which serves as the first step and training ground for the novice. The alleged job positions will help a novice get the idea and the flow of the management role and functions in the business and company; that is why, before seeking for higher positions as a newbie it is very much important to know the limitations of your academic qualifications, skills as well as job experience. Since most of the companies nowadays prefer those individuals with relevant extensive experience and reputation, because it will be very much easier for the company to train the individual since they will not be required to start with the basics.
