At the moment, the most dilemmas that have been encountered by nearly all newly graduates as well as for the past graduates is to find a suitable job for a long time career. There are different job assortments where anyone can choose to engage in, depending on their personal preference, work experience and academic qualifications. Some of the most common job assortments are the business jobs, inventory jobs, manufacturing and marketing jobs, management jobs, health care related jobs and a whole lot more. But because of the depressing status of the world’s economy, nearly all has been experiencing an extra tough time in finding the perfect job and field of employment for themselves. Since there are few employments and chances given to newly graduates the percentage of the unemployed has relevantly increase in percentage by 40% as compared to that of last year international world survey. Maybe that is because most companies prefer those with previous job experiences as compared to the novice in the employment field.

Why? The answer is simple, things will be much easier for them, the training span of the newly hired will be much lesser as compared to that of the newly hired with no background on the job whatsoever. So by choosing someone that has adequate experience in the line of job, the load will be very much lighter as compared to choosing someone with no knowledge of the basics. For instance, in the field of inventory jobs category there are several job positions that portray separate important roles and functions to maintain the organization of the stocks and items inventory. Often times, the inventory jobs are greatly found in the business and retail market industry where regular checking and purchase of important components and materials for production is greatly needed to supply the demands of the market. The product, material or stock inventory is being done to basically know the list of supplies that is needed to be purchased before the stock is all consumed, mainly this sort of product inventories usually takes place in retail stores and company warehouse where the supplies are being stored or kept.

Some of the most common inventory management job positions are the inventory controller which functions mainly on maintaining the adequacy of supply thus avoiding short stock and lacking but also taking much consideration in avoiding over supply of materials. While the inventory supervisor has the main responsibility on designating the work and in overseeing as well as monitoring of the supplies being delivered and received, the qualifications for this position are rather high than that of an inventory controller. Mostly employees consider those with more than five years working experience for the position of the inventory supervisor with background academics and accreditation business and logistic course with exemplified skills in mathematics and computer inventory software.
