Furthermore, a good executive must have good managerial skills in delegating, organizing and managing his people to become a productive part of the team furthermore, the need to be a good team leader that can motivate his team members to reach their desired goals is of paramount importance as well. Furthermore, a job of top executive is of continuous learning process. Therefore, continuous studies such as getting a doctorate degree or MBA degree as well as other academic recognition can add to the position you are holding or even a way to get a promotion to a higher executive position.

If your dream is to become one of the top notch executive in a big company or global company, you must give more than a 100% of your time and effort to achieve it. Furthermore, competition can be tough therefore you must exceed the company’s expectation from you as one holding executive jobs in order to have an edge from all the rest.
