1. Conduct New Hire Training process / pre-process, Refresher Training, Process / soft skills, Skills Verification, Floor Support, Management Development Programs & Personal Development Programs as decided by the HOD / Training Manager and as published in the weekly training schedule.
2. Upgrade / create new content for area of expertise on an ongoing basis.
3. Maintain & upgrade competencies required to perform the job.
4. Mentor, counsel and create learning platforms for junior trainers for improving efficiency, quality and skills.
